The Cakes

1. Can I write messages on the cake?

- We do not provide this services but worry not all cakes can be opt to have the messages written on card.


2. How long can my cake last once I've received it?

- Cakes will stay fresh for 2 days if refrigerated


3. Should I refrigerate my cake upon delivery?

- Definitely as you need to keep the cakes fresh and not ruin the taste


Ordering

1. How do I place my order?

Step 1: Browse through our wide selection of cakes and pick your favourite and add to cart.

Step 2: Go to checkout and key in your details and you can opt either delivery/self pickup. 

Self pickup the time available are 12-1PM and as for delivery it'll be 1-3PM

*For delivery, after you've key in the address the system will show you the lalamove rate

*You can add your remarks as well if you have any.

Step 3: Make payment with either e-wallet or bank transfer and once complete, you'll receive a confirmation order through email.

Step 4: Sit back and relax whilst we get your freshly baked cake delivered to you!

Be sure that upon placing your order you are contactable through WhatsApp or call.


2. Does my order comes with knife and candles?

- Yes and some are optional. If you want special candles or deorations, you may opt to purchase from the options available.


3. What payments method do you accept?

- We only accept e-wallet or bank transfer as of now


Delivery

1. How do I know if the cake has been delivered?

- We will notify you on WhatsApp on the delivery status so worry not.


2. Can I change the delivery date and/or time?

- Yes you may notify us 24 hours earlier.


3. What happens when the recipient is not able to receive the cake?

- As we're using lalamove for delivery, the cake will be place with the security of the residence or maybe the front door of your home.


4. Can I cancel my order?

- No cancellation can be made but you can notify us to make changes on the delivery date 24 hours earlier.
